As your energy manager, Aurora works closely with your senior management team to achieve effective and continuous energy oversight. We take the following steps to ensure we have provided a unique solution for every property.
- Conduct a comprehensive historical review and analysis of each building's energy costs. Based on the data, we create and implement a customized strategy to reduce and control energy costs for every property. As part of the process, we create a database that allows us to monitor the results and make strategic decisions on a continuous basis.
- Ongoing critical review, analysis, and reporting of energy costs and consumption, including budgeting and variance analysis.
- All supply contracts are competitively bid using a formal, transparent RFP process. Each bid is provided to the client, whereupon it is analyzed and a further course of action is determined.
- Monitor the marketplace for additional cost-saving opportunities, and identify and enact savings strategies on an ongoing basis.
- Report to clients on a regular basis.
