Mitchell Ingerman, Aurora’s founder and President, has over two decades of experience as a senior executive at one of the largest real estate organizations in the United States, having overseen and directly negotiated an annual energy cost center in excess of $75 million. Since starting Aurora he has been engaged by many of the most prominent real estate organizations throughout the country, representing real estate owners, managers, developers and REITs.
Mitchell’s strong relationships in the real estate industry and knowledge of the marketplace gives him a unique perspective into energy solutions, while his personal executive and asset management experience allows him to see the energy cost center from the owner’s vantage point and to frame his strategies and solutions in the language, and with the worldview, of the client.
